Weekend Rental
Day-prior rehearsal (2 hours) with pre-setup and decorating time, full wedding day access, and next-day recovery with item pickup.
Ceremony Space
Ceremony lawn with a massive handcrafted ceremony arch, ceremony stage, ceremony chairs included, bridal entrance curtain reveal, whiskey barrels, hanging ferns, and a fenced ceremony setting surrounded by peaceful countryside views.
Reception Pavilion
Reception pavilion with cocktail hour space, reception tables, guest chairs, table linens, cake table, handmade rustic bar, bar setup area, catering tables, dance floor, ceiling fans, propane heaters, string lighting, and nearby fire pits.
Setup & Operations
Setup of tables, chairs, and linens available, cleanup and breakdown available, venue staff on-site, and parking staff for guest direction.
Dressing Suites
Private dressing suites with vanity space, mirrors, seating, prep areas, and lounge-style gathering spaces for your wedding party.
Guest Comfort & Essentials
Handicap-accessible restrooms, restroom supplies and servicing, temperature-controlled indoor spaces, and on-site parking with lighting.

Complimentary
Bluetooth speakers and microphone, 10x10 white tents, firewood, WiFi access, overnight storage, decorating access, and propane heaters are included complimentary with your wedding weekend.

Surrounded by countryside and glowing string lights, our reception pavilion creates a warm and inviting space for celebrating with the people you love most. The space includes reception tables, guest chairs, linens, catering tables, cake table, a handmade rustic bar, whiskey barrels, ferns, ceiling fans, propane heaters, cocktail hour space, and access to the outdoor dance floor beneath the lights. With rustic charm throughout the pavilion, ambient lighting, nearby fire pits, and open views surrounding the space, the reception area was designed to feel welcoming and open from the first dance to the final sendoff.
CEREMONY LAWN
Surrounded by peaceful countryside and open skies, our ceremony lawn creates a beautiful setting filled with natural beauty and rustic charm. The space features our massive handcrafted ceremony arch placed upon the ceremony stage, guest seating included for your ceremony, rustic whiskey barrels, hanging ferns, and a beautiful bridal curtain entrance reveal that creates a memorable walk down the aisle. Framed by fencing and scenic views throughout the property, the ceremony lawn was designed to feel peaceful, intimate, and unforgettable for both you and your guests.
DRESSING SUITES
Our dressing suites offer spaces for you and your wedding party to relax, prepare, and enjoy the excitement of the day together. The suites include vanity and makeup areas, mirrors, seating, dressing space. Whether sharing quiet moments before walking down the aisle, getting dressed with your closest friends and family, or capturing meaningful photos throughout the morning, the suites were designed to create a calm, welcoming, and memorable start to your wedding day surrounded by the peaceful countryside atmosphere of Bentwood Farms.
